| The process
of searching for and assessing professionals is a highly delicate
one, both for the client who hires us and for the professionals
we work with. The consequences of a lack of professional ethics
in this process can be disastrous. This is why we have imposed
a set of strict rules on ourselves. These rules may be summarised
as follows:
We will only
accept searches where we have no doubt that we will be able to
carry them out with complete success. Consequently, if once we
are familiar with the profile and the financial conditions we
see that the recruitment sought is not viable, we will tell the
client which details of the scheme we would recommend they improve
in order to avoid endangering the success of the search.
Our goal is
to establish business relationships based on client satisfaction
and involving an atmosphere of lasting, mutual trust.
Our professional
fees are set when we are hired, on a fixed basis, and never depending
on the final financial settlement agreed upon with the professional.
We only receive
fees from out client companies; our service is free for I.T. professionals.
The candidates
submitted by ARESTES are kept
informed of the progress of the process at all times.
ARESTES
maintains the strictest confidence concerning our candidate's
dossiers.
All information
given to us as part of the search and assessment process is treated
with the strictest confidence.
ARESTES
undertakes not to pass offers of employment on to staff hired
by our clients through our company while they are working for
them. |
