With the aim of properly monitoring the work teams who take part in projects, assuring the availability of the necessary resources and facilitating co-ordination between all the parties involved, the organisation scheme we believe must be used is outlined below.

For projects on a certain scale, direct participation by the client's managers, experts and users is essential, both in overall supervision of the project and in terms of direct co-operation in the execution of certain phases of the project and co-ordination of the tasks Involved. This approach has the following advantages:

An efficient role by the client's staff reduces the time to be invested by the team of outside professionals.
When the outside staff can rely on co-operation from people with in-depth knowledge of the client's organisation and operations, this leads to major improvements in the efficiency of the execution of the project.
